Quick take on the Tent Protests in Israel…

My quick take on what’s going on here: I agree things need to change, but it’s a little crazy to blame it all on Bibi since it has been far worse in the past under Labour governments so quite disingenuous to call the current situation a result of “greedy neo-Con Capitalism” (cough Shelly Yechimovich, cough), it’s more like a result of Labour government created bureaucratic land policies (mainly of an old centralized system) and a non free, non-competitive market.

And most of all, they gotta cut the Che Guevara shit out.  Hate that the most- why lose people when you have a semi-reasonable argument by invoking a mass murdering communist?   Guys, you had me at fixing housing prices.  Which to me means: tons of improvements to public transportation, easing building tenders, opening more land for building, cutting old taxes on “luxury” goods like the exorbitant car tax, etc.  Not the crazy commie revolution stuff.  Has that ever worked out well for anyone??
